Price: Ranges from $125 to $165, depending on the unit size and needs.
Includes the following:

Paint walls, ceilings, and interior doors – same color as the
previous color - Sheen Changes
- Baseboards – same color and sheen as walls
- Door Frames – same color and sheen as doors
- Window sills – same gloss color as walls
- Paint 1 exterior door
- Choice of one of the following:
- Small nail holes sealed
- Receptacles put back and tape removed
B: (Most Common) Very affordable and more efficient for your maintenance staff.
Price: Ranges from $170 to $215, depending on the unit size and needs.
Includes the following:
- Paint all walls, ceilings, and interior doors – same color as the previous color
- Sheen Changes
- Baseboards - sheen of your choice
- Door Frames – same color and sheen as doors
- Paint 1 exterior door
- Nail holes and small cracks sealed
- Window sills – choice of gloss color
- Choice of 1 of the following:
- Receptacles put back and tape removed
- 1 small repair no larger than 8” in diameter
- 1 corner seem repaired
C: (Top of the line) Great for customers who are looking to get their property back into the top of the line shape. This is the most efficient package for maintenance staff because it provides a faster punch out.
Price: Ranges from $215 to $300, depending on unit size and needs.
Includes the following:
- ALL services listed in package B
- Receptacles put back and tape removed
- Paint all exterior doors attached to apartment
- Spot prime throughout the entire apartment
- All cracks sealed
- 1 hole patch 12” in diameter or smaller
- 3 corner seem repairs
- Extra caulk work to ensure sealed walls as needed
** Prime entire unit and 2nd coats range from $75 to $150 depending upon need**
