If you are selling your home, a fresh coat of paint is just what you need to make everything look clean and new to potential buyers. If your house is vacant, it will usually cost about 30% less because there is no furniture to move.
If you are buying a home, we can give you an estimate prior to closing and schedule the painting before you move your furniture in. Again, this can save you about 30%.
